Weaving Wellbeing Journal
Below is a free Wellbeing journal made available by author Fiona Forman. We use the Wellbeing programme with the children in school and feel it is of tremendous value.
We would recommend using the journal at home to enhance the wellbeing and self - esteem of all our pupils and in particular pupils who find the current situation challenging or are experiencing heightened feelings of unease or worry.
